Farmer Joe's Marketplace - (510) 482-8178

Farmer Joe's is a great asset to the Laurel neighborhood. It has all the stuff I need and it doesn't take forever to find it. Plus I never have to wait long in line; even when the store is crowded, the lines move fast! It's kind of amazing how a relatively small space is full of all the groceries I buy. I especially appreciate the organic produce section. There is always plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit in season. Niman meats are also sold. They have also recently expanded their gourmet cheese selection, a nice improvement.
